Limited Lifetime Warranty
Parts & Frames
HomeRite is happy to provide the original homeowners a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all non-glass components, frame materials, and mechanical parts like locks, latches, and balances. This guarantees that if at any time these components fail, HomeRite Windows and Doors will at option replace or repair them.
Insulated Glass
HomeRite Windows and Doors insulated glass panels are warranted for 20 years from the date of purchase, giving Florida homeowners peace of mind when choosing insulated glass as an energy-efficient upgrade for their replacement window. Our insulated glass options are crafted from high-quality, durable materials built to withstand the Florida climate and last a lifetime in your home.
Window Screens
As window screens tend to get damaged over time from weather, dust, and frequent contact, HomeRite Windows and Doors’ window screens are warranted for 1 year from the date of purchase. If after 1 year you require window screen repair or replacement, HomeRite can provide that repair service at a competitive rate.
Painted & Laminated Products
Any HomeRite window product that has interior or exterior paint or lamination is warranted against peeling, blistering, or discoloration for a period of up to 10 years. HomeRite Windows and Doors will assess the defect and provide an option to repair or replace if the defect falls under the Limited Lifetime Warranty. It’s important to note that while we will do our best, we cannot guarantee that the manufacturer will have color-matching available due to normal paint and laminate weathering over time.
Labor Coverage
HomeRite will, at no charge, provide all of the necessary labor to correct any defects or product malfunctions covered by our Limited Lifetime Warranty within the first 2 years of ownership. That means if within 2 years from the purchase date, if any of your window’s locks or latches break or if the window frame becomes damaged, we’ll evaluate and repair or replace them at no cost to you.
What Happens If You Move?
As the original homeowner, the Limited Lifetime Warranty is transferable for up to 20 years from the date of purchase of your windows by HomeRite Windows and Doors. The Limited Lifetime Warranty transfer must be made aware to us by written notice within 3 days of the transfer to the new homeowner.
