This is an edit from the  review last week. I had to delete it because HomeRite Windows did a complete 180!! They put in beautiful bay windows in my home. During the numerous rain storms we’ve had over the past couple weeks we noticed there was a leak so after a couple calls and emails they came out immediately and completely fixed. It were super attentive to me went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. When I stated that I made  a couple phone calls, the company was going through a change and data software so there was an error. Hence the reason why I had a bad review and now with the way they handled everything I was very impressed. The CEO of the company called me personally to make sure that I was satisfied and taken care of he’s running the company top-notch I would highly recommend this company if you’re in need of beautiful windows and doors.

We had our old patio doors replaced by HomeRite.  From sale to installation everything was flawless.  The doors arrived when expected  The installation was completed by Bill in a few hours.  He cleaned up everything and took away the old doors. He didn't even stop for lunch. Really good price (competitve with giant hardware stores).  A quality product and installation. After 15 years most of my impact windows had fogged up. The original installer had gone out of business but Stacey who works at HomeRite took up the challenge and after being very professionally persistent with the actual window manufacturer got them to honor their warranty and replace all the glass. Any other person or company other than HomeRite would have given up in trying to get the warranty honored as it would have been the easiest thing for them to do. I think most other places would have just told me "Sorry, I can't help you" and left it there. When the glass finally arrived from the manufacturer HomeRite did a fabulous job installing all the new glass.
